First off, the item arrived a full week ahead of estimated which in my case was fantastic due to pending cold weather. I installed this furnace myself, saving between $3000 and $8000 over the range of quotes that I received to have it done by an HVAC company. The seller was fantastic. They left nothing to chance. Had incredible communication, and got me exactly the part I needed. After it was installed, they even called me to fill out the warranty card to make sure I got 10 years instead of five years on parts.
