So often, games and DLC are released with small bugs and issues, which cause some games to crash and freeze. A lot of the time, this can be down to simple issues with your own console or its compatibility with the game. Sometimes, however, they are common issues and bugs which many other gamers are also experiencing. If the game was sealed and the code is saying that it is not valid then be sure to double check that you have entered the correct code. However you will need a picture of both the game and proof of purchase.
