Pitches are available from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure. If you have booked in advance, you can arrive up to around 9:50 pm. The vehicle gate closes automatically at 10 pm. Please note that this is only possible for customers who have made a reservation and notified reception of their late arrival, in order to receive practical arrangements for their arrival.

When booking in advance, it is possible to request a specific area or location in the comment area. If we are unable to meet your request, we will endeavour, subject to availability, to offer you an equivalent alternative. Under no circ*mstances will these requests be subject to a price reduction if they cannot be met.

Stop&Go are parking spaces with electricity (no water or drainage) reserved exclusively for motorhomes and vans. They are not accessible to tents or caravans, and cannot be booked in advance.

Yes, it is possible to rent a refrigerator on site for a minimum stay of 4 nights. If you would like to reserve one, please indicate this in the comments to your booking or contact us at info@camping-lacdorient.com. We will then be able to confirm whether we have any in stock for the requested dates.

All pitches are equipped with 10A electricity. Our bollards comply with European standards. To connect, you’ll need a European male connector. If you forget, you can buy them at the small mini-market on the campsite.

All our rentals are equipped with heating. As far as air conditioning is concerned, only the Comfort and Premium ranges have it. It is not included in the Leisure, Classic, Chalet and Roulotte models.

Rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be left clean by 10am at the latest on the day of departure. A deposit of 150€ (300€ for Premium models) is required on arrival and will be returned after the departure inventory. Arrivals are possible up to approx. 9.50pm, provided you give advance notice to reception.

Unless you book an extra night, it is not possible to return the keys later than the day of departure. Late departures are only possible for camping pitches and only in low season.

Pillows and comforters are provided. If you haven’t rented one, remember to bring your own sheets and towels. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Each rental also includes a broom, bucket and mop. Be sure to bring a few sponges, washing-up liquid and a little cleaning product for end-of-stay cleaning.

For reasons of hygiene, swimming shorts are strictly forbidden in our water parks. Only swimming trunks or boxer shorts are permitted. Small children should wear diapers specially designed for swimming.

The pools are open from 10am to 7pm every day. The outdoor pools are open from May 8 to September 15, 2024. The indoor pool is open from April 12 to September 21, 2024.

You can book your stay in just two or three clicks at www.camping-lacdorient.com. Just go to the home page, enter your dates and choose the type of accommodation or pitch you want. Reservations are fast and payment by credit card is totally secure. If you don’t wish to book online, you can download the booking forms under Practical info, then Useful documents. Please note that booking fees are higher than for online bookings.

Villatent is a Dutch operator with which the campsite works. You can book your stay in Villatent on www.villatent.nl

We accept the following methods of payment: credit card, cash, cheques and vacation vouchers (physical or electronic). Please note, however, that only credit cards are accepted if there is a short delay between booking and the start of your stay.

It is possible to modify or cancel your reservation under certain conditions, by following the rules specified in our general terms and conditions of sale, which you can read here. Cancellations and requests to change dates must be made in writing. In the event of disagreement, only a written confirmation from us will justify that the request has been taken into account. Postponements can only be made for the current season.

The balance must be paid at least one month before your stay. After two reminders and no news, stays for which the balance has not been paid will be automatically cancelled without refund of the deposit paid, and rentals will once again be made available for others.

Entertainment is organized 6 days a week during high season (July/August). The mini-club welcomes children aged 6 and over.

WIFI is available throughout the campsite. You can buy tickets for one or more appliances, for one or more days, at reception or by connecting to the campsite network.

Barbecues are permitted throughout the campsite, provided you bring your own equipment, as we don’t rent any.

Most of our services are available throughout the season, including low season, but times may vary. Only the outdoor pool is not open throughout the season (opening May 8 to September 15, 2024).

There’s a Leclerc supermarket 10 km from the campsite (Lusigny-sur-Barse). For more specific needs, we’re just 25 minutes from Troyes and its shopping areas.

Cats and dogs are allowed on our campsite. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. Your animal’s vaccination record must be up to date, so you can be asked for it at any time.

No, we are not affiliated and are not authorized to take VACAF vouchers.

Groups of unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the campsite and must be accompanied by an adult.
