South Peoria man indicted for allegedly trying to kill his cousinPEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — A South Peoria man was indicted Tuesday on charges he tried to kill his cousin by slicing his stomach open. Korie Neltner, 36, faces charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery in connection with the May 11 incident on West Lincoln Avenue.
