How to make easy Lemon Cooler Cookies

1. Combine the lemon cake mix, cornstarch and all purpose flour in a large bowl. Whisk the ingredients together to combine.

Cookies

  • 1 box lemon cake mix {15.25 ounces}
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup butter {softened}
  • ½ cup butter flavored shortening
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Topping

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
