Ranch Lilyquist, age 29, of St. Paul, Minn. died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 1987. Joel is survived by his parents, Gerald and Catherine Lilyquist; four brothers, Russell (Judy), Earl (Carol), Brian (Barbara), Rendell (Sue); one sister, Lynelle Lilyquist; and his step-grandmother, Lilly Roelse, all of Sheboygan.

Joel was a 1972 graduate of Sheboygan South High School, and a 1984 graduate of Northwestern College, St. Paul. Joan 1 is survived by her parents William and Marjolaine Ranch; one brother, Steven (Judy) Ranch; nephew, Jonathon Ranch; nieces, Jesse and Michelle Garay; grandmothers Helen Ranch, and Hannah Swanson; aunt Susan Swanson; cousins Shelley Brown, Lauren Ellingson of Tempe, Mark Swanson, Christen Swanson. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Salvation Army Temple Corps, St.

Paul, Burial will be at Union Cemetery, Maplewood, Minn. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Anderson Funeral Home, St. Paul.

Memorials are preferred for the Salvation Army Temple Corps or Arlington Hills Lutheran Church music department. A memorial service will be held in Sheboygan at a later date. Nellie Dekker Mrs. Gerhard (Nellie) Dekker, age 95, formerly of 2212 N. 9th a resident of Sunny Ridge, went to be with her Lord early today, Dec.

18. She previously resided at Pine Haven Christian Home for four years. The former Nellie VandeGuche, she was born June 6, 1892, in Sheboygan. On Sept. 3, 1913, she married Gerhard Dekker at First Christian Reformed Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Dekker farmed in the Town of Sheboygan for thirty years, after which time they returned to Sheboygan. Mr. Dekker died Jan.

20, 1974. She was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church and a former member of the Lois Mission Society, Service Guild and the Sheboygan Christian School Auxiliary. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Tannie) Dykema of Grand Rapids, Mich; Mrs. Edward (Cornelia) Gabrielse and Mrs.

Clayton (Maude) Simmelink of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Lincoln (Jeanette) Davies of Oostburg; one son, John (Lois) Dekker of Philadelphia, 18 grandchildren, 46 greatgrandchildren, nine step-grandchildren and 23 step great-grandchildren. Preceding in death were a brother, a sister and two greatgrandchildren. The funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapel.

The Rev. Wendell. Gebben, pastor of First Christian Reformed Church, officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapel from 4 p.m.

Sunday and Monday to the time of services. A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Dekker's name. Josephine Droll Mrs. Josephine Droll, 97, of Cleveland died Wednesday at the Heritage Nursing Center where she had been a resident the past two years.

The former Josephine Urbancic was born in Yugoslavia March 18, 1890, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Urbancic. She came to Sheboygan in 1908 and in 1910 she married John Droll in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death August 15, 1958. She is survived by a son, Alvin and a daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Mathilda) Wagner, both of Cleveland; five grandchildren and nine and a sister, great Jennie Korre of Auburn, Calif.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Mrs. Droll was a member of the K.S.K.J. Queen of May Society. Private funeral services will be conducted by the Rev.

Freitag Mr. Harold A. Freitag, age 70, of 1707 N. 20th Sheboygan, died Thursday morning at his home. He was born Sept.

27, 1917, in Oshkosh, the son of the late Albert and Julia Griedl Freitag. He attended Sheboygan and Waterloo, Iowa, schools. Served in the U.S. Army during WWII with the Engineers Headquarters in the South Pacific from 1942 to 1946. On May 1, 1941, he married Alice 0.

Ballard of Sheboygan. He had been employed for 45 in years at Kohler Company retiring 1980. A member of Kohler Quarter, Century Club. Survived by his wife; one son, James A. Freitag of Dunbar, one daughter, Mrs.

Ralph (Carol) Williams of Wilcox, five grandchildren, one step grandson and one great-grandson; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Duxbury and Mrs. Melvin (Loretta) Hummitzsch of Sheboygan; two brothers; John Freitag, Mt. Vernon, Mo. and Carl Freitag of Chicago, Ill.

He was preceded in death by four brothers. Memorial services will be held Saturday 4 p.m. at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Rev. Russell R.

A memorial is established in his name. Phyllis R. Barclay Mrs. Phyllis Barclay, 71, of 1814 S. 8th died Thursday morning Dec.

17, 1987, at Memorial Medical Center after an extended illness. The former Phyllis Whitelaw was born July 6, 1916, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Robert and Mae Kenney Whitelaw. Phyllis graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1935. On March 19, 1935, she was united marriage to Dale Barclay at Menominee, Mich. Mr.

Barclay died June 29, 1987. The couple moved to Sheboygan in 1941. Phyllis worked as a dept. manager for the J.C. Penney Co.

Sporting Goods Dept. Survivors included her mother, Mrs. Mae Kellner of Milwaukee; three sons, Michael (Vicki), Terry (Pat) both of Sheboygan, Dennis (Linda) of Sylvania, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Chris (Bonnie) Ward of Sheboygan Falls. Thirteen children; grandchildren, one six step-brother, great Robert Kellner of Plant City, Fla.

Pearl Hall Eileen Pingel Mrs. Pearl Hall, 92, of Chilton, passed away Dec. 15, at Chilton 1 Village Nursing Home.

Due to the death of her daughter, Mrs. Sam (Eileen) Pingel of Conover, on Thursday, the funeral Mass for Mrs. Hall has been postponed until Monday evening. Funeral arrangements will be the same for Mrs. Hall as they are for Mrs.

Pingel. Mrs. Sam (Eileen) Pingel, 69, of Conover, passed away Thursday at St. Mary's Hospital, Rhinelander, from a very sudden illness. She was born Sept.

23, 1918, in Chilton, daughter of the late Vernon and Pearl (Calkins) Hall. She was married to Leo Hemauer of Stockbridge on Sept. 1941, at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, Chilton. Together they owned and operated the Hemauer Lumber Co.

in Stockbridge for over 25 years until he preceded her in death in 1966. She also worked as a ward clerk at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton. On Dec. 23, 1978, she married Sam Pingel of Chilton, and then moved to Conover, where they retired. She was a member of St.

Mary's Catholic Church, Stockbridge. Survivors are her husband, Sam; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Mrs. Robert (Sandy) Mayer of Stevens Point, Miss Nancy Hemauer of Rhinelander, Mrs. Paul (Jean) Harder of Hilbert and Mrs. Dick (Joan) Karls of Schofield; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Michael and Von Hemauer of Wausau, David and, Char Hemauer of Pagosa Springs, Paul and Elaine Hemauer of Stockbridge and Larry Hemauer of Stockbridge; I1 grandchildren.

16, 1987 at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee. His address is 338 Beutel Road in Port Washington. He was born May 22, 1934, in Oostburg, to Jacob and Angeline (Brummels) Westerbeke. On Nov.

5, 1954, he married Mary Lou Mueller of Sheboygan Falls. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1950 to 1953. They moved to Port Washington in 1962 from Menominee Falls. He worked for the Miller Brewing Company for 30 years as a production scheduler.

He also served Friedens Church in many different offices. Mr. Westerbeke is survived by his wife; his mother, Angeline Westerbeke of Cedar Grove; two children, LuAnn (Randy) Tiege of Beaver Dam and Scott (Susan) Westerbeke of Port Washington; two grandchildren; his mother-inlaw, Frieda Mueller of Sheboygan; brother, Carl of Cedar Grove; and two sisters, Ruth Reinhold of Whitewater and Sharon Brasseer of Cedar Grove. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Friedens United Church of Christ, 449 N.
